It is my most recent vector drawing. I had a lot of fun working on this over a period of two days. The expression of the little boy and the floating house are my favorite parts. I probably will continue to tweak the buildings. Adding more details and correcting mistakes. <br\/><br\/>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/moon-gem.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/2009\/after.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/moon-gem.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/2009\/thumbs\/thumbs_after.png\" alt=\"After\" style=\"float:right; margin-right:10px; margin-bottom:5px; border:4px solid #ff9999;\"\/><\/a> <strong>After<\/strong>, is clearly another vector drawing. I&#8217;m partial to it as well. A girl singing on a stool. Something soulful I&#8217;m sure. <span style=\"background-color:#E8E8E8\">I wish my hair was wavy like that!<\/span> My favorite detail is the tiny feet. <br\/><br\/>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/moon-gem.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/2009\/kat.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/moon-gem.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/2009\/thumbs\/thumbs_kat.png\" alt=\"kat\" style=\"float:left; margin-right:10px; margin-bottom:5px; border:4px solid #ff9999;\"\/><\/a> This drawing didn&#8217;t come out the way I intended. Titled, <strong>Kat<\/strong>, after <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ophelia_(character)\">Katherine Hamlet<\/a> it vaguely refers to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ophelia_(character)\">Ophelia<\/a>. The body of the girl is more awkward than bodies usually are in my drawings and it looks almost like she&#8217;s hanging from the branches, which, was never my intention.<br\/><br\/>\r\n<!--more-->\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/moon-gem.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/2009\/paper.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/moon-gem.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/2009\/thumbs\/thumbs_paper.png\" alt=\"stationary paper\" style=\"float:right; margin-right:10px; margin-bottom:5px; border:4px solid #ff9999;\"\/><\/a> This is quite simply my personal stationary paper or at least would be if I had someone to write to. I wanted a cutesy sweet looking image rather than the morose depressing stuff I&#8217;d been working on.<br\/><br\/>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/moon-gem.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/2009\/5.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/moon-gem.com\/wp-content\/gallery\/2009\/thumbs\/thumbs_5.png\" alt=\"5\" style=\"float:left; margin-right:10px; margin-bottom:5px; border:4px solid #ff9999;\"\/><\/a> <strong>5<\/strong> is a Mayan Cosmology vector drawing. <span style=\"background-color:#E8E8E8\">There are sky bands and cosmic monsters, jaws to the underworld, ecliptics, hearth stones, and a lovely little cave.<\/span> I can&#8217;t really recall the inspiration. Obviously Mayan or Mesoamerican cosmology are key but I don&#8217;t believe I started out there.
