This is today’s brunch . It’s imitation crab salad on toasted Italian bread, fruit salad, and sugar-free lemonade. I made a video and took a series of photos of me making it… but after playing back a bit of the video I decided to never film myself doing anything ever again. I kind of looked like I might chop a finger off at any moment while I was cutting the onion . Scary!

Not exactly a thrilling post… but I think the photos turned out well . . . .
