Last Saturday I was on an errand at Target when I came across a trench coat that was cute. The coat appeared to be a canvasy material. It was orange/red and looked quite nice, but it was $36 and they just cut my hours at work so buying it wasn’t an option. I checked online to see if they had a photo of it but I could only find a similar coat that was more expensive and seeing the trench coat on the model makes me glad I didn’t buy it.

I frequently see styles I’d love to emulate when I’m out and about but for some reason it doesn’t transfer well to me. I’m probably better off looking like a dowdy hobo.

I’m lucky I have to wear a uniform at work.
